At his hair salon, Lakeland stylist Michael Rose offers Shellac nails for a lasting manicure that promises not to chip or smudge for two weeks.

Hair for Hope is a charity cut-a-thon to benefit women battling cancer. Donors are sought to donate at least 8 inches of hair for Pantene Beautiful Lengths, a charity that makes wigs from the hair and distributes them for free through American Cancer Society wig banks nationwide.
